Deep Sea Charters Business, Refund and Sales Policy  

Cancellations by customer may be made 3 week prior to departure with full refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to departure will be charged three quarters price.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to departure will be charged full price.  

Cancellations made by the Owner and/or Captain of the vessel prior to departure, including the day of sailing, will be refunded in full.  

All sales aboard any vessel owned, leased or rented by Deep Sea Charters are final.  

Refunds will be given in the manor in which they were received.  

Deep Sea Charters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
